Small-group stregnth class
An interval style, group strength training classes that will give you a great workout in a fun and friendly environment.
Guided by an osteopath, you'll learn 10 - 12 powerful exercises to master with a focus on perfect technique.
Class size is limited so the trainer can spend enough time with each individual and give you the care you need.

For best results, book 8 consecutive classes as these classes are designed to progress you from beginner to strong!
